Data protection

In close cooperation with the hosting provider, the EUROSAI IT Working Group makes every effort to protect the databases from outside access, data loss, misuse or falsification.

No personal details are stored when you access the EUROSAI IT Working Group websites. The hosting provider’s web server merely registers impersonal site usage data (log files) for the purpose of tracking trends for the EUROSAI IT Working Group in order to improve the information offering. Site usage data is in no way linked with personal data.

There is an exception, namely when you choose to take up contact with us. Then the information is stored in a separate database not connected with the anonymous log files.
